Vent Haven Museum Photography Policy
Thank you for your interest in capturing elements of the Vent Haven Museum, Inc. collection through personal photography. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us. The following guidelines are in place to protect the collection, to ensure a positive tourism experience, and to avoid copyright violations:
1. Non-flash still photography is permitted.
2. Auxiliary equipment, such as selfie-sticks, tripods, monopods, additional lighting, etc., is not permitted.
3. Personal photography must not interrupt or interfere with the progression of the guided tour.
4. Photography cannot block or delay a visitor from seeing items. Please be courteous to all guests.
5. Video recording is not permitted.
6. All photographs are for personal use only. Any commercial publication or monetization of photographs requires prior written permission from the Vent Haven Museum Board of Directors. Vent Haven Museum, Inc. does not assert copyright or trademark of the items in the Vent Haven Museum collection. Potential copyright and/or trademark infringement is the sole responsibility of the publishing party. The publishing party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vent Haven Museum, Inc., for any and all copyright and/or trademark infringement complaints.
