One of the tourist favorites, Cecil Wigglenose, was adopted by long time Vent Haven fan, Mark H., of Colorado. Cecil arrived at Vent Haven in 1948. Tourists are amazed by Cecil; he has 10 movements, including eyes that cross and a tongue that sticks out! As an added bonus today, I've thrown in a great photo of Mark from a few years back.
